Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary during launches, sales, holidays, and high-volume periods.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
- After 90 days from the purchase date, orders are no longer eligible for refunds or order claims for any reason.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.
- Once your package has been shipped, Kamoru Kollections is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.
- Please contact USPS or UPS directly regarding tracking updates or delivery concerns.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Once an order has entered processing, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
Returns
If a package is returned to Kamoru Kollections due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label to have the order resent.
If a package is confirmed lost by USPS or UPS, reshipment options may be available depending on product availability and order size.
